One of the most common mistakes I see in golfers is they come in range of thinking they were going to get a good day of practice. When in fact, it hurt them more than help them. Here's why and how in practice the correct procedures.
First, most amateurs go to the range of thinking that will improve your game. Well, what I see is the first thing you do is pull out a driver and start smacking balls one right after another. Before they knew it they were out of balls and they are tired. They have dealt with the most up bad habits when he got to the range.
This is what I think an amateur or a beginner, you should not do when they want to improve your game. First, they should stretch before they even want to hit the golf ball. Take your time and get those muscles warmed up. Take two or three iron and lay down in the buy leg focused on the goal. Always have a goal, just like playing a round of golf. Now start with a pitching wedge or sand wedge. Get pre-shoot routine and do it for every shoot. So when you get on the course, it will be automatic, and you really will not have to worry about it much. Concentrate on just a few items for each swing. One on the setup, one during the swing and one during the follow through. So you will not have a million things going through your head at one point. Hit a few pegs, and then go to the seven iron. Then maybe three or four iron. After pressing a few of those go on a hybrid or a three wood. Practice the same things as the pins and seven irons. only different is the ball room. When youyou press a few of these ,go ahead and hit your driver . Once again, practice the same techniques. Just change the position of the ball.
just because you have a driver in hand now, does not mean you have to swing harder. Take the same swing as a wedge, seven iron, four iron and fairway woods. Always have a goal to aim for each shot. Work on only a few items on each swing. Take a practice swing before every practice ball hit you and work on the same items you do when you hit the ball.
the plan of what you need to work on and keep it. Its all about feel. How do you feel when you get to the range. How do you feel when you leave the range. Have a goal, just do not go to the range for the fun of it. I think fun, but to go to accomplish your plan. If you are felling a bit tired during exercise, stop and rest. Go back and end up concentrating on what you need to do. Do not rush, take your time.
Make your practice to a range of productive. When you get on track, just think about how far, select the appropriate club, take dead aim, relax and swing through the ball. You practice all the little items on the range and your golf game will improve and you'll have loads more fun out there.
